No ice cream AGAIN!

Just went to brackenhurst to order 3 mcflurrys and was told that there is no ice cream or mik shakes. I was told the same thing a few weeks again. Clearly this is a common occurrence. Can you sort the problem out please... why does this keep happening. Poor service.
