13 Minutes in Drive threw

Tonight at 18h20 I stopped at Mcdonalds MIlnerton to buy ice cream. After the order was taken the wait started, there was only 4 vehicles in front of me so expected it to go quick. On arrival at the window to pay after a long wait there was nobody at the window. When the cashier arrived she didn't even greet me just took my payment. When I told her the service was very slow she just walked away rudely not even looking at me. On arrival at the food window I again was not even greeted and had to wait while she packed other peoples food. When my ice cream was handed to me I again asked why the service was so slow, and I got a sarcastic we don't have staff answer!

For a international franchise not having staff is a weak excuse, wonder if the mother company knows how bad thesouth African MCdonalds is murdering there name?
