Rude Cashie

I went to McDonalds for a late ice-cream run, and was talking on my phone, when I realized I was at the cashier's window. I have been so distracted that I forgot to place my order. I apologized to the cashier and tried to place my order there (seeing as it was 8 pm on a Sunday they weren't too busy). She was so rude to me! She refused to take my order and blatantly told me that she will not help me. I was told to go to the back of the queue and order again (2 cars, really?). Now I know that this was my fault but there was only two cars behind me and I only wanted an ice-cream (this did not justify her attitude). I'm so disgusted by her attitude that I will never go back there again. What ever happened to treating your clients with respect?
