Chips stale and burgers old

Yesterday on the 7th of October we went to the newly opened Mcdonalds store in Farrarmere Benoni. First of all they never had ice cream (the second time) and then we waited 15 minutes for our quarter pounder and chips combo's and there were only one other persons before us. The rest was empty. But after waiting so long, then you have the stale / old food. Why wait if they anyways give me old things.

I've wasted petrol twice on having no ice cream and then this food? This is ridiculous and I am highly unhappy with this branch of Mcdonalds.
