Delayed service and bad attitude by the assistant

Incident happened on the 26th July 2013 at McDonalds Arcadia Pretoria. I ordered Chicken fold over via the drive-thru at 21h50. I was told to wait in the parking and they'll bring it to me. At 21h20 I went back to the window to enquire the delay in service. I asked for the supervisor and the assistant manager Mbulaheni NNdwa came over. I explained to him my query and with attidtude told me not to act spoilled and wait like everyone else. I told him the time I was waiting, he asked what I order and told me I'm causing trouble while bought a cheap me. He told me he can even give me back my money from his own pocket and actually took it out. I felt insulted by they way he spoke to me. I was not aware that I have to buy an expensive meal to get service at McDonald. While speaking to the /manager, one of the stuff brought my order and the /manager told me to just the order n go, and that he was done with me. I obviously left the food and took my money. I have often got takeaways from McDonalds in centurion which is why I got confused and started thinking maybe this kind of service is for McD's in black populated areas. I'm very disappoint at McD as a brand
