I really regret to be complaining about this again. I called the Braamfontein outlet to place an order for delivery. The call was answered by a guy who kept me on hold instantly for about 5 min without coming back to me. Whilst holding, I could hear phones ringing and other staff as well as the same guy who kept me on hold taking orders telephonically. Next thing a lady picks up the phone and does not even know why I was kept on hold. I told her what had happened which she then tried to apologise on behalf on this guy names Klaas. I almost lost my appetite... if it was not for this lady I would not have ordered. It would have been something for the phone to just ring, but to be put on hold whilst the same person who asked me to hold, to be taking other orders
