BAD SERVICE

Good day,

I've avoided complaining about the service from McDonalds for sometime now but the service at the McDonald on Louis Botha just got to me.

I had came to order two Grand Chicken Spicy medium meals and had to wait to wait for my meal to the point I ended up asking for my money back. the guy that I was buying from seemed to careless about me having to wait for so long I asked him why do I need to wait for so long for a meal where in other braches I barely wait, in his "dont care" tone he replies saying they are still defrosting the chicken fillets. I'm no expect but this really was a lame excuse and he didn't feel the need to apologies so I just requested I get my refund because I was not liking the service and this sales attitude, if it wasn't bad waiting for the meal now they making me wait for my refund and when I finally got it I'm assuming the manager was the one who brought my refund she too didn't apologies but just handed me my money.

another incident I had ordered the same meal Grand Chicken I got the meal on time only difference when I got home to eat the was ni chicken in the bun just sauce and lettuce. McDonald is seriously too comfortable and dont care.
