Incompitendn and making bad promises

I went to McDonalds in Atterburry at 14H37 today. Placed an order for a Cajun Chicken medium meal at the Drive Thru. When I came to the window where you collect your meal I was informed that they did not have chips. How the do you run a fast food with NO Chips. I was told I could wait for 15 to 20 minutes because they are waiting for the truck to bring the chips which they have no idea when it is going to arrive but you can wait 15 minutes for the chips (What happens to the rest of your meal in the meantime). Well I was on my way to a meeting so I could not wait. She then told me she will replace the chips with a burger I said fine. I took the packet and left when I opened it there were no extra burger in side and guess what it was the wrong burger a quarter pounder with cheese. I phoned them and the manager was not available but would phone me back it is now a half an hour later and nothing. How is that for poor service.
