VERY BAD SERVICE

We order Chicken for a family of 3-4 regularly. On Monday we had to wait for one and a half hours for delivery. No-one cares and no-one phones. The staff taking the orders cannot speak English properly or take orders accurately.
Today, ( 25th July, 2013) we are told that we have to wait one and a half hour for delivery. I told them I am a cancer patient and cannot wait so long as I have to take strong tablets and have to eat before I take my tablets. I asked if I sent my wife to collect how long will it take and they said half-an-hour. So it shows that their delivery service as well is PATHETIC and there is NO Planning or Organizing in their Store. How can they employ people to take orders who cannot speak or take orders properly and the Manager is never available. I suggest Nando's - plese shut your Store and go and trade somehere else with your incompetent service.
