I am very unhappy with the service i got from KFC Westridge Mitchells Plain. After purchasing a meal on the 26 July 2013 which amounted to R172.70 i paid with my Debit card, whilst the cashier was busy with the transaction the speedpoint shut down. The cashier then moved to the next speedpoint meanwhile i received 2 sms's from my bank stating that the above mentioned amount was deducted twice. I informed the cashier who then called the manager on duty who at the time was Rene, she then told me a refund cant be done unless i produce a bank statement where it shows the money was deducted twice. I went to the bank got the statement took it to them and was informed it would take 21 working days. I was told i could get a free meal for being inconvienced, then when i called almost after 3 weeks on feedback i was told because i got a free meal my money would not be refunded. This is unacceptable as i had to drive to the bank back to KFC and it also cost me money, I would like feedback ASAP!!!
