I have never experienced such bad service from Nandos in my life! Now i know its month end and they are very busy so I was expecting to wait for a while but not MORE THAN AN HOUR! placed a family order at half past 5, 40mins later nothing, people who ordered before me were complaining, manager nowhere to be seen, we asked one staff member and she told us they are out of rolls but they will be receiving them from the Nandos on West Street and it would take less then 10mins, 20mins later NO ROLLS! They said they will give us 2jumbo chips to replace the rolls, was'nt really happy but i just wanted to get my order and leave. That took another 15mins because they had to start with the people before me, manager finally showed up and said we can cancel our orders if we want to, i cancelled my order after waiting 4 MORE THAN AN HOUR, STANDING! my lift left me! i had to stand in a long taxi Que and pay the taxi fee. IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW WHILST THEY PLACE AN ORDER! SO WE CAN CHOOSE AN ALTERNATIVE! The whole Nandos Workshop staff need customer service training! I've never had any problems with Nandos but this evening i am fuming!

UNACCEPTABLE!!!
