Nandos
Way too long a wait for Food

We ordered Nandos at 12:52pm and by 13:45 it still had not arrived. I tried to phone the branch 4 times before phoning complaints and getting another number which was answered finally. Only to be told, they have only one driver and their orders are taking up to 2 HOURS for delivery. I asked why she hadn't told me this before i ordered or at least warned me of the wait, she was just sorry & then when i asked if my food was sitting waiting & when will it be delivered she said she couldn't tell me. So i cancelled the order as i definitely was not going to wait for another hour only to receive food that had waited around for an hour. I'm not impressed and we quite regularly use Nandos Glenwood for work... Not sure if that will happen again!
