I would like to lay an compaint agains your Bellville Branch.
I ordered 9 streaky bacon breakfast meals & drinks. Je-Taime told me it will take 20min to deliver. The order was placed at 08:12 & at 09:07, I phoned asking where is the order. The worst of all, when I phoned to find out what was the delay, she said they have 5 additional group orders to the same building.
Why do we have to wait for the other 5 additional orders, before the delivery will be done. Is this the way they run the restaurant as well - wait for additional orders and then serve their client's.
Honestly, an apology will not do for me, neither for the other people - refund the value of the order (R256.50)! This is real bad service and it only did not affect me, but 8 people as well.
I phoned again at 09:34 and was told that it will be send out now. Wasn't that said when I phoned 09:07? That's not all, the day manager told me that they only have 1 person doing the delivery and there is 15 orders for our Building. If they provide a delivery service, why only have 1 person doing the deliveries. Honestly!
The order was only received at 10:46 & everything was cold.
