On the 9th of march I placed an order at 6 pm ordering the full family meal. I called in 3 times and was told my order was on its way to be delivered to me. I waited til 8 pm and then called the store again. Again I was told it was on its way. At 8 30 pm my order arrived. 2 and a half hours!!! And when I went to get the order from the delivery guy I realised that only half of my order had arrived and it was cold. The delivery guy then said wait 10 mins more. That means when I called them they failed to notice that half of my order was in the store. The service I received was totally pathetic and never again will I order from the bayview store.
