Most rotten rude Individuals @ KFC recruited

On 10 April 2013 between 13:30pm and 14:30 pm I bought my favourite "Street Wise Two" from Lungile in KFC cnr Wanderers and Plein JHB CBD.I made the biggest mistake asking for Ketchup, she looked at me from head to toe, surprised I asked if something is wrong, She said in a very rude iliterate manner that "It is not a must!!!). All the other customers were surprised at her loud manner in which she addressed me and they were equally not impressed but she showed know remorse, I asked her full name she said "Just take your stuff and go!!! I could not believe what I heard, I Asked for the Supervisor on Duty, Lungile pointed out "There she is!!! ". The supervisor seemed very indifferent she said after Lungile's introduction: "And how can I help you with a very silly look on her face" and the rest of the staff at the back laughed like Hyenas. I aked the supervisor more that three times before I receive Lungile's name and she was willing to put up a fight before she would give her surname. It is so sad to see that companies can recruit anyone from the streets without proper training on how to deal with customers. KFC my Favourite fast food I am disappointed on your "True Image."
