Bad service - incompetence

Not willing to help the customers - bad attitude. When you go through the drive through & place your order & ask them not to put something on then what do they do? they put it on & you've gotten to your office & see that they've put it on & you have to go all the way back & complain & what happens when you get it back, you guessed it they put it on again!!!
