Bad Attitude from "Customer Service"

I had bought a pair of Guess Jeans from Edgars about 2 weeks ago, I decided to get it altered through Edgars alteration services. Once altered, I found that it was altered incorrectly, one leg being longer than the other. On 17th Feb I went back to Edgars and patiently waited at the Customer Service Desk. Lungile stood behind the desk, did not greet or even have the decency to ask me how she could help. I then decided to initiate a conversation in order to rectify my problem. I told her my jeans had been altered incorrectly, she then looked at me with a don't care attitude and told me that the tailor was on break and I had to wait 20mins for her to arrive. I asked to speak to her manager. Lungile argued with me and did not immediately call her manager. After eventually laying a complaint about Lungile I encountered Cindy the tailor who was back from break. Again, no greeting. Cindy insisted there was nothing wrong with the alteration. I asked if I may try it on and show her, but she argued that the alteration was correct and that I could not complain about the length. Do Edgars teach staff to argue with customers? The manner in which both staff conducted themselves was appalling!!
