Good day, thank you very much to lungile at customer care in durban, she assistEd me very quIckly with a query that took 3 unrealible agents to resolve for 5 days, she only needed ten minutese to resolve same.. i really hope that cell c take care of staff member like her and aprreciate them too and get rid of the other rotten potatoes especially call centre staf in jhb..
