Debonairs Pizza
2 HOURS 10 Mins for Half order to be Delivered

On the 27th of June at 19:33 I placed an order for one double crust pizza and 4 Pockets to be delivered to my house.
After MULTIPLE (5 to be exact) phone calls made to Debonairs and to the Manager (Chris) inquiring on where our order was, I was given various reasons to why it was late.
Firstly, they were "very busy" and would attend to my order as soon as possible.
Then, the order had already left with the driver.
Phone call 3 and the manager told us that they were short staffed and down 2 bikes so i would please have to just understand that they are going to send the order out ASAP (contradiction).
Phone call 4 and the manager informed me that he had personally JUST given the order to the driver (again contradiction).
Phone call 5 and the manager had said that he would call the delivery lady to find out what was going on.
My order then arrived at... 21:50!!!
Not only was it 2 and a half hours late, when the order arrived, the pockets were not sent with either!!
Who in their right mind wants to eat supper at ten to ten!?!
This is the SECOND time Debonairs Banbury has delivered my order over 2 hours late!!

Nothing else to say except that i am DISGUSTED!
