Debonairs Pizza
1.5 HRS AND NO SIGN OF PIZZA

We regularly order pizza for delivery. Today after one hr and calls to Debonairs we are called back to say "the driver couldn't find our company and the pizza is back at the shop".

The fact that we are a big company with signage and I was standing outside and never saw the driver is lost on the cashier.

She then says she will resend the pizza with the next driver on his round "as soon as possible". She also insisted our address is wrong. We span no's 163 - 176. They deliver here all the time.

During our last call i advised that if the pizza is late we want if free. She balked at this and its now almost 2 hrs and stil no pizza. Disgusting, pathetic uncustomer behaviour.
