2 hours for food and its cold

i ordered to pizzas from debonairs yesterday 12/05/2013 it was for delivery, the brought the for in 40 min i paid, only to realize that the one pizza was correct (not fresh) and the othe was not so i called back and spoke to the lady and to her to solve it.she says she is waiting for the manager and will call me back.10 min later she calls and says that they will deliver another pizza in 30min and i must keep the one and they will collect it.30min passed so i called back they said they driver is on the way, they call back to say the driver is outside. there is nobody there i waited 10 min outside and went back in.i called and spoke to the manager "Mzi" he said his name was, firstly with a very rude tone with no greeting he says that the pizza will come just now the driver is on his way i ask how long he says another 15 min he did not apologise and just says the pizza will be free but how can the pizza be free if i have already paid the first time.the driver delivers the pizza 10 min later with the pizza cold and the sticker black.i am very disappointed with the service from that manager at signet terrace as well as there service for the food.that is not how a manager behaves
