Debonairs Pizza
Late Delivery

I ordered a "Meal for 4" for me and my colleagues by telephone on 011 975 7135 at 12:30pm. I was Informed that delivery would take place within 45mins - 1 hr. An hour later, no pizza, we called Debonairs and I was told that they'll try and get hold of the driver and call me back. 20mins later no phone call, no Pizza. I called again and I was told that they can't get hold of the driver, and that they would try again and call me back. Half an hour later and nothing! No phone call! No Pizza! Eventually at 15:00 the manager called me and told me that they can't get hold of the driver, but they 'll give me a Real Deal pizza with my next order and that the driver left with 4 othe orders so I must understand that he must've been swamped. The driver eventually came with the order at 15:20, to which we told him he can shove it! we are not interested anymore.
