What happened to the legendary steers burger?

What happened to the legendary Steers burger that comes with crispy, delicious chips served with lashings of salt and barbecue sauce always found in abundance in your takeaway bag!
I should have known that my Steers experience was about to change when I had to ASK, yes ask the lovely lady behind the counter for a sachet of Barbecue sauce and some more salt please? She handed me one sachet of salt and once sachet of sauce. When I asked for more, she looked at me as if I was making a really strange request! When I asked her WHY I had to ask for sauce and salt, she responded that it was an order by head office! COME ON Steers, talk about Brand damage here! Your sauce and salt is part of the Steers experience, Why make your customers ask? Cheap and Nasty!
I ordered a cheese and mushroom burger. It was the blandest burger ever! The best part of the burger was the fresh but undersized bread roll and the lettuce!!! The patty was tasteless and the sliver of mushroom sauce tasted like boiled milk and mushroom, . Yuck. So disappointed!!! Whats going on Steers???
