I went to Steers Honeydew ridge on Sunday, 27 July 2013 following my telephone conversation with Adrian, the area manager for a re-order of the rubbish burgers I received on the 7th of July.

According to Julia, the store manager Adrian said I was a difficult customer. I frequent steers at honeydew ridge and I often ask for the same thing, cheese and bacon combo with very little sauce. when I visited steers on 7 July 2013, I asked for a dagwood instead with egg well done and very little sauce. The egg was burnt but runny and the burger was dripping with sauce. I only found this out when I got home. What upsets me is that I visit this particular steers at least twice a week and they still manage to get my order wrong.

Even though I have been compensated for the rubbish burger, I feel that Steers did not do all they could to ensure my satisfaction as I wanted to speak to the branch owner and no one has addressed my request. For this reason, I will not be going to Steers again. There is a Wimpy in the complex with better service and better tasting food. I refuse to visit Steers at Honeydew ridge ever again.

The staff need training.
