Great experiance

Last year december I had a bad experiance at the north beach steers branch and I laid a complaint about the mushroom burger i had. The burger was cold, the mushroom sauce had almost no mushroom in it and the pattie was dry. The next day the owner of the steers store, sunil, called me for detailed information on what had occured. He offered that I come back for a replacement meal.

I went back...
The store was neat and clean. The tables were spotless, the floor was wiped, the sauce bottles were all cleaned. The manager gave me my replacement meal. I had a beef mushroom and cheese burger and it was delicious. The burger was made perfectly with mushrooms, sauce, a well cooked juicy pattie and fresh tomatoe.
I was really impressed with the improvement...
