Poor handling by on-duty manage

Very poor service to multiple customers on Sunday Night at Table View branch. Customers were informed 1.that there was no cream cheese and that we were able to swop for either mozzarella or cheddar, 2. that they had no ham & spring onion Pop-itz. These are simple to understand and acceptable. Only AFTER ordering were 3 customers informed that they also had no real-deal crammed crust bases for the double crammed crust pizzas. The on-duty manager Clinton, tried to put through our orders again and reimburse us the difference. When he put my order through however he forgot my 2nd pizza that I ordered, and only found this out after my other pizza was already cooked and ready, I was reimbursed a total of R37 but when he wanted to put through my 2nd pizza he wanted to charge me R48??? somewhere the math does not add up. The drivers were not much happier, one lady driver was rather poorly instructed as to how to use a card machine in front of the store in a very condescending manner by Clinton. His staff openly complain behind the counter about him and how they often run out of basics. Staff moral is clearly low at this store, and honestly I can see why.
