Child not allowed to play in the restuarant

On the 4th of July it was my daughters birthday and I decided to take her out for breakfast and we were joined by two of my friends, while we were there my daughter was busy playing and singing, but not interrupting the people who were at the restaurant, she was simply behaving like a child making noise and was naturally excited about her birthday, we have always gone there every other Saturday mornings for breakfast and she would still behave like she did on the morning of her birthday, even the waiters and waitresses are very fond of her and somehow they feel very entertained by her, on that day the manager came to our table while we were busy eating our breakfast and told us that the customers are complaining that my daughter was making noise and that I should try get her to lower her voice and that most of his customers were conducting business at the restaurant, in a way we felt as though he was trying to get rid of us, also Mugg and Bean is a restaurant not an office, so I expect him to have told the customers that it's a child and there's nothing he could do about it and that all kinds of people come there including children! I've seen kids there making noise before!
