Poor service, expensive food and a sick child

My son is alegic to chicken, so we try to find something that will suite the whole family we were actually going for takeaways but decided to sit in which turned out to be the worst mistake ever, i stood up to go to the ladies room and my mother ordered the foood which was supposed to be a double cherse burger apperently on special and she ordered kiddies meals for the boys which by the way did not come with a beverage, when the food arrived the burgers had 3 slices of cheese each the food was dry the milkshakes we ordered were tasteless no chocolate syrup at all it was almost frozen milk with a touch of ice cream, back to the chicken my son showed signs of a reaction an hour or 2 after we left and i knew there was chicken in the food is it not supposed to be halaal and we told the waitress that he was allegic to chicken anything he eats must not have even touched chicken, the bill came and we were charged for 8 extra cheese slices when we asked the waitress said thel double cheese she told my mom about was at our cost it did not actually come as a special on the menu i paidsi and left i was going to the doctor so staying and arguing was too much now im stuck with a sick child
