Debonairs Pizza
1 & a half hours for a pizza that does not arrive

I put in an order for a pizza to be delivered to an incredibly simple address and
1. I get a "Please call me" from the driver because he doesn't have airtime to phone.
2. The driver returns back to Debonairs as he cannot find my address
3. I get a phone call from the manager and explain to him where i am situated, he sends the driver out again
4. I get a call from the driver (who can't even speak english) saying he can't find my complex - meanwhile he is sitting on the side of the road, not even 100m away from my complex. I proceed to try explain this to him and he puts the phone down on me.
5. I get another call from the manager saying that they cannot find my address, so I FINALLY cancel the order - after an hour and a half of waiting for it to never arrive (and it wasn't even peak time I might add).

ABSOLUTELY shocking and disgusting service - I will NEVER order from them again and I will warn my friends against doing so too.
