Nourish Westville has terrible service

Went to Nourish Westville for dinner - there was about 15 of us. We waited 2 hours, yes 2 hours, for our food to arrive. While we were waiting we asked if they didn't have some bread or something that we could eat in the meantime. The bought us 3 bread baskets which was ok, but then they charged us R25 per bread basket. R75 for bread which we only ordered because they were so slow! Very uncool. 1 of our group left after waiting for 1 hour. Another left after they brought him his main meal and he asked where his starter was so they disappeared again. After waiting another 10 minutes he walked out. When we asked why the delay, thinking that maybe they had problems in the kitchen, we were told that because we were a big table they put the smaller orders ahead of ours. These were people who walked in and ordered long after us. It was a very dismal performance and there was absolutely no excuse for the poor service and long wait - except for complete bad management or mismanagement. I will never go back to Nourish in Westville and wouldn't suggest going there if you have a group of more than two people!
