I went to Spur at the Maponya Mall on 9 Aug 13, and waited to be seated by Portia, I ordered my breakfast and juice, she brought juice after 5 minutes, then after 10 minutes brought Jam and brown bread that I ordered. I finished having my bread and the food was delivered after I finished eating the brad, It had to be turned away as my bacon was burnt, had to wait another 5 minutes for that, I saw your slogan if you wait for your food more than 15 minutes is free but then that never materialised. When I took the the cap was not closed so all the salt poured through my plate, I asked her for extra servants to clean my plate and continued eating. For me the experience I had left a bitter taste to my mouth, as for me your slogan should be practice, i can't wait for almost an hour for food, I could have gone elsewhere should I have know that the server was going to be pathetic again. On the 9 June 13 it was my son Birthday we went for bfast and the same thing happen with the service so slow, and when I asked the waiter to sing for my son she took her time, when we left only did they decide to come and sign. I feel Jabulani Mall has a better service that you Maponya
