Hair found in 2 meals

I visited Adega Gateway for the first time 21/11/2013 to treat my boyfriend to a Birthday meal. We were seated and the very hospitable waiter came through and brought the menus and took our drink orders. He brought our drinks together with a basket containing bread and butter. I took the bread and lifted the butter out of the basket so I could butter it, then found a strand of hair between the bread and butter. I did speak to the waiter and he apologised and brought another basket with the bread and butter. We ordered a pasta dish which tasted like it was drenched in honey, I asked to changed the meal for chicken strips which they have done at no added cost. We got our main courses and began to eat, the meals were indeed of good taste, but then only to find another strand of brown hair that of which could belong to a black person, it could not be mine because I am Indian. I feel that for a pricy and upmarket restaurant their standards are very low when it comes to hygiene. It was my first experience and the worst by far, I will not recommend this place to anyone and I feel that its rip off.
