Waiting For Hours For Cold Food

On Valentine's Day this year we decided to visit Ocean Basket at the Wonderboom Junction Mall. We ordered mostly sushi and waited hours for our food, even a friend who only ordered a prawn dish. We didn't complain about it, since it was a very busy evening for any restaurant. The manager apologized and everything was fine.

Then a few weeks ago, we went to the same restaurant for dinner and once again got really bad service. Again we waiting for about 2 hours for our food. And again the manager only came to apologize for us waiting that long. And the worse part is the table behind us had about 10 people (we were only 4) and they were served before us, even though we got there half an hour before them.

I feel that an apology is no longer enough when you get repeated bad service at a restaurant and you don't even get a glass of water or something in return for waiting so long. This was the last time I will ever eat at that Ocean Basket. I am very dissapointed in the bad service me and my family got. I have always gotten great service at all other Ocean Baskets; it's only this one with a rotten spot.
