Very angry after bad service! was charged for an amount of R21.90 FOR STREETWISE 2 when i paid using my card and it notified me that the transaction went through and i went on to print my statement which i took to the branch. Firstly i did not get the food and was charged which means i was practically robbed of my money! afterwhich the manager showed unprofessionalism and terrible service! i will visit the store again on monday 24/06/13 as i also work in the same mall, as the manager said i should come back on monday. They told me that they did the same thing to my colegue.i would like a refund on my card because i specifically told the manager that i wanted my food because the transaction went through and she refused and told me am not the first customer to experience the problem and kfc will refund me on monday.
