Debonairs Pizza
Pathetic service always delivering wrong staff

On the 22 June I ordered a pizza from debonairs pineslopes. Without fail they delivered the WRONG pizza and i had to go through my normal routine of wasting my time & phone minutes finding out if my order was taken down correctly (which it was). I asked to speak to the manager (Dudu) who hastily offered to call back. I am still waiting for her call. I have spoken to Dudu on several occasions before and she'll always offer to swop the pizza. I now am left wondering why be in the fast food industry if you don't wanna be or if you see coping is not in the cards. Fast food is expensive and the reason why you'd pay more is you want FAST FOOD. To ALWAYS - WITHOUT FAIL! BE GETTING THE WRONG PIZZA AND BE OFFERED A SWOP IS INCOMPREHENSIBLE TO ME. Why waste your resources with servicing the same client twice for the same amount? Is this a permanent prank on me or do I fall in the stats of eating spit for the incorrect food delivered to me or is it because it's a delivered Debonairs does not care coz you don't get a plate of food and immediately seen that it's incorrect? this branch offers the worst service ever!
