KFC
No refund

I went to kfc on monday... The one at corner bree, no 1 is willing to assist me with my refund. I used my bank card to make a payment for what I have purchased at first it got declined due to card machines problems, but on my cellphone notiifications showed the transaction went off, and I was told to retry as at first it was declined, so the second swipe went through... But still showing 2 payment swipes went off. And i showed it to their manager, but I was told I need a statement... From the bank. Then I went and got the statement... They still said I need to get another 1 as its not valid... But on the statement the amount shows that it went off. It is really fustrauting as its their machines they have a problem so I must keep running aound to get a statement... For something that I know went off twice... They don't want to pay me my refund. Its been a week already.
