Poor Cusomter Service

I went to KFC in Cresta Shopping Mall today and was appalled by the service. First of all, there is no system of queuing. I waited for approximately 10 minutes to be served, but people who arrived after me were served before me. I have had this problem at the same KFC before. Secondly, my order was captured incorrectly and I only realised when I was back at the office. I understand that the store might have been busy, but I repeated my order twice and expected order to be captured correctly. I wont be going back to that KFC any time soon.
