First and the last!

We arrived with 3 adults and 2 children under the age of 5 in tow. We waited for over 45 minutes before we were all served our breakfast, which was served in drips and drabs. The one child's meal came after 20 minutes and the other had to wait a further 20 minutes before it arrived. Our food order was also incorrectly served. A friend ordered the asparagus Parmesan on rye, which is served with 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of rye bread, danish feta and Rosa tomatoes. The asparagus tips looked like it had seen better days, there were no Rosa tomatoes and there was only one poached egg. Another order was for a croissant and cheese, only 20 minutes later was told that there were no croissants of which we cancelled the order, only to have it served much later. I ordered the Mediterranean scrambled eggs which consisted of feta, olive tapenade, zucchini and mushrooms and rye toast. It looked like something that was thrown together in haste, just to get the dish out. Ciabatta toast was given in place of the rye I ordered, which was cold and burnt and dried out. The manager was apologetic and only charged us for our drinks, even so, Simply inexcusable and unacceptable!
