Ridiculously bad service and bad staff attitude

We waited more than 40 minutes for our order and had to look on as other patrons who had arrived after us got served, by this time I went to complain to management who offered no excuse for this but just shrugged me off and rudely said I should relax. After this we waited another 30 minutes to be served and there were mistakes on our order. This complete disregard for reasonable service is appalling. After asking the manager for his name and surname he refused to give me his name, the waiter informed me that his first name was adriaan. His reaction to mu complaints about their service being poor was merely that "it's okay " he also made no efforts to apologize or make up for the poor service.
