I would like to lodge a complaint against KFC Cresta. I experienced absolute chaos with their queuing system. I queued and as everyone queuing was in disarray, I moved behind a lady near one of the cashiers. She was served and my turn came next. I was then informed by the cashier that there was only one line (in that chaos) so I had to queue all over again just to get served. There needs to be order and not chaos as it's unfair on customers to have to repeat queuing just because there is no structure of a queuing system. When I requested that the tables where I was be cleaned (as it was dirty) one of the staff of KFC came out with a couldn't care less, dragging feet attitude. I wish to point out that KFC Cresta could learn a lot from their fellow KFC at Clearwater, where it is much cleaner and the manger comes and asks if the food is to the customer's satisfaction. Due to this incident I have decided to take my business elsewhere, where it will be appreciated...
