I had sent through a complaint to the KFC care line and up till now i have still not received the correspondence that was suppose to have been sent through to me, the first complaint was in December 2012 and when i called in May 2013 on 2 occasions i was advised that it was sent through but i did not receive it, and so it would be sent through via registered mail and still have not received anything, i find the service unacceptable as the initial query was due to the fact of a shortage of items which i had ordered but was not in my order, only to realise at 11pm at night when i had got home that it was not there, therefore adding fuel cost and a reason to purchase goods at triple the price at late hours of the night from a gas station, i am apalled at the promises that ghave been made and yet nothind delivered. ref P6131997 and P6/13/1120 and P1/13/3295
