Night stand returned back with home choice courie

In June 2013, I ordered night stands with home choice call centre agent, the goods were delivered in my house but I was at work, the courier guy called me while his in the house to confirm my order, my little boy was home at the time. I asked the courier guy how many parcel is he delivering and he said one night stand, and said no I needed two, so I can't accept that order he must return with it.of which he did, he didnt live anything or invoice or parcel code. I notified home choice immediately about this and since I have 14 days window period to return their goods if am not happy with it I done that. Now I receive calls from call centre saying my account is in arrears, how can one pay for something she doesn't have.am really tired of calling home choice and nobody is doing anything about this.i can't trace the courier guy cause he works for home choice.everytime I call to complain and find out if my account is updated they keep saying they haven't received the goods yet. Is almost two months I returned this parcel with the courier service they use. I need assistant on this cause I don't want a bad name, I have been a good customer paying my account.now I get this bad service.
