Query not attended to

I sent a query in in October and November 2012 and on 11/12/2012 I received a email to say they have received my complaint and are attending to it. I am still waiting and it is now 4 months later. On 8/1/ 2013 I again lodged ther same complaint and still have not heard anything. The last time I received correspondence is on 11/12/2012.See below
To whom it may concern,
I would like to find out what is happening with my complaint as I have had no feed back as yet. I lodged the complaint and on 11/12 2012 I received a mail to say my complaint has been received.
