Cell C Giga 200 Only Works After 11pm

As per my previous complaint regarding this product, I want a refund asap. This product does not work before 11pm! I can't even access google during the day. For the last few weeks, every time I try to access websites during the day up to around 10:45pm it does not work, not one site opens, however, at about 11pm it works fine. Please understand that I need internet access at any time of day not just late night. On sunday midday I tried to send a simple text email, I couldn't even do that, had to wait till the night. I can't even do my banking. I will pay whatever pro rata I need to for the data used but I want my money back so that I can purchase a bundle that does work. If you guys do not comply, I will be lodging an official complaint with the National Consumer Commission regarding this matter. I will also post my experience regarding Cell C's Giga 200 on every possible online forum I can find here in SA. I will also view my legal options as surely Cell could have advertised on the product box that the Internet only works after 11pm. Not disclosing that is false advertising. I cannot afford to pay such a large amount of money for something that does not work as advertised.
