We are a family that frequent Spur Steak Ranches at least 4 times a month, from Breakfast to Lunch or Supper... our Kids love the play area and we are happy and comfortable as patrons...
About four months ago we went to Mexico Spur in Canal Walk (Western Cape) and had a bad experience with service, I complained and was contacted and the complaint was treated very professionally.

Yesterday 14/04/2013 my family and I (Wife & 2 kids) decided to do lunch at Spur and we went to Mexico Spur in Canal Walk (15:00) and we were hosted by three of the most amazing representatives I have ever encountered at any spur, Firoz Sookaria, Schuster Maqebula and Jason Josias, these guys are the most the most amazing brand ambassadors of Spur that my family and i have had the pleasure of encountering the Service was perfect, the food was the tastiest we were ever served, my kids played and ate safely and we had an all-round amazing experience.

Thank you guys for making the FAMILY brand that Spur is aiming for a truly enriching and fulfilling experience... like my 3 year old say, "PEOPLE WITH A TASTE FOR LIFE" you have won a customer over for much longer.
