Spur just can’t get their service corrected

On 18 February we decided after a long time away from Spur to go and try it again. Dawid the owner asked me to come again after my last complaint beginning November last year. I decided to stay away from them till they get their act together. This time I ordered a chocolate milkshake, when it arrived... it looked like slightly colored milk, no thickness at all and it tasted like milk that's really off. The waiter didn't care about my complaint, the manager later said sorry we will replace it for you and you don't need to pay for it, needless so say what was on our bill at the end... Yes you quest it the milkshake. Spur's pricing is always on the increase the food is getting less and less not to talk about the quality. Other restaurants offer much better food and service. Do Spur really think we will stay with all of this just for the kids to play...
