WORST TELEPHONE MANNER/ATTITUDE AND SERVICE

Called in an order. Burgers got here, wrong burgers. Called to be replaced, waited another 45 minutes only to receive one burger. Called again and got no response, spoke to Chantell who then said there is no manager available, Hanli will only be in later. Called back 5 times from cell phone, no one answered, called from land line to only be helped then. Renier kept on being rude and disrespectful, without warning putting us on hold.

Chantell got back at last after 3hours after we said we will take this further. It is now 17:00 and we still waiting...
Never will we use this company again after being treated like this.
Claiming to give us a voucher, but never received that eithe
