Hidden secrets in recipe changes

Last night my partner and I decided to go for our usual and favourite Sunday evening dinner out at the local Pizza Del Forno, The Ridge shopping centre between Honeydew Ridge and Wilgeheuwel. This is very close to our house... I ordered the same Pizza (as I usually do so) named the Quattro Formaggi. As usual the service was good and the Pizza arrived shortly however to my disappointment... As the waiter placed the Pizza in front of me I noticed the rather unusually big melted pieces of white Feta cheese on top. I tasted the first piece and realised the famous ingredient (Blue Cheese) was missing. I asked the waiter for the menu and noticed that the recipe was changed indeed... what a pity... Seeing that this was my favourite pizza I guess Pizza Del Forno is history for us... Cheers Pizza Del Forno!
