Disgusting service

Sis... I am at KFC in Roodepoort and my husband and I ordered two colonal burgers. We were told it will take 7 minutes. But after 15 minutes the burgers were still not ready. Then we asked after 30 minutes the cashier called Sibongile went to the back to make us burgers. As she was making then because she was in a hurry two peaces of meat fell on the floor. She then picked them up and put then in our burgers and brought the burgers to us. Sis... we told hwr we saw when the meet fwll and we qould like our refund. She went to the back again trying to make us burgers even if we had to her to cancell the burger. After 15 minutes she came with two burgers and we told her we want a refund. I feel what that lady did was flabagusting. Can something be done about the type of service that we receive. I mean if qe did not see what had happened qe would have had the burger and possibly got sick. Something needs to be down
