Raw burgers from steers

I brought 4 king steer burgers from Steers in rivonua road sandton. Halfway through our meal my colleagues and i realised the burgers were RAW when we called to complain the lady who first answered the phone refunded 2 burgers i called back and spoke to Lovemore who was rude and reluctant to give us his surname his attitude was unacceptable in a management position. He told me he couldnt refund me or substitude my food for fully cooked meal i told him i had paid for a full meal but only got half. He repeated he couldnt do anything about it and no solution for me. At this point i could sense he was getting aggressive and defensive he then said i could contact head office and wouldnt give me the owners details who is Shaw. In my position im a currently pregnant and raw food can cause infections to my unborn baby. I will take this further if it is not resolved and an apology from Lovemore the so called manager at Steers i have already contact the call centre and waiting for a response
